iPad Touch Screen PresentationKeynote iPad PresentationKeynote Tablet Presentation

When asked for a recommendation on how Geneva Capital Group could make a more effective presentation to its banking clients, Folio recommended going with a touch screen tablet presentation. Geneva elected to go with an iPad presentation using Keynote with a duplicate PowerPoint presentation for presenting on a PC.

Folio designed and wrote the presentation, delivering the digital end product in tight timeframe for a previously scheduled presentation to a major banking client.

The first presentation went exceptionally well and Geneva is moving into the next phase of the process, further refining the tablet presentation and updating their website to reflect the content developed for the presentation.

Greenway Self Park – Parking Facility Signage & Marketing

Construction Barricade Digital Graphics

Greenway Self Park, Chicago’s first Earth-Friendly parking garage, is The Myron C. Warshauer Development Company’s most recent downtown Chicago parking facility located in River North. Folio acted as signage consultant, responsible for the production and installation of all signage and graphics – from construction barricade to City of Chicago Compliance signs required for Certificate of Occupancy.

Folio designed the construction barricade graphics and implemented its successful installation. The construction barricade is a large format digital print on exterior grade vinyl wrapped around the standard construction barricade. The construction barricade made a major impression in the River North area and set the stage for Greenway Self Park to become a strongly branded and popular downtown Chicago parking facility.

Parking Facility Exterior Signs

Folio was responsible for all aspects of Greenway Self Park’s signage including: illuminated exterior signage; large scale exterior banners; interior traffic flow directional signage; pedestrian signage, signage directing pedestrians to the adjacent Marriott hotel; City of Chicago compliance signs; and the programming of thematic level identification and elevator lobby theme graphics.

As signage project manager for Greenway Self Park, Folio’s services included: evaluating sustainable green solutions for all sign types; programming of sign schedules; preparation of bid documents; negotiating budgets with sign vendors; negotiating sign permitting variations with the City of Chicago, working with numerous sub-contractors; preparation of final files; approval of all shop samples; and final installation punch-lists.

Folio also designed the parking facility’s marketing materials, direct mail campaigns, parking tickets, and the parking facility’s website.

Digital Wall Coverings Theme Graphics

Myron Warshauer, the innovator of Musical Themed Floor Reminder Systems, added monitors to the elevator lobbies to show music videos of the songs playing in the lobbies at Folio’s suggestion. This theme enhancement added a striking visual reference to help parkers remember which level they parked on.

Folio also coordinated the production and installation of the colorful digitally printed murals, depicting a green theme with a tip for greener living in each of the elevator lobbies. Murals and the overall branding program designed by Adrienne Weiss Corporation.

Chicago Gateway Green

Greenway Self Park embodies Mr. Warshauer’s Earth-Friendly parking model, combining efficient and convenient parking options with sustainable practices. In keeping with the Earth-Friendly parking model, Folio initiated the idea of encouraging parkers to donate $1.00 with each transaction to help the environment. This program has become a successful partnership with Chicago Gateway Green, a local nonprofit dedicated to greening public spaces throughout the city, and a key component in Greenway Self Park’s green initiatives.
